At Loaded Bakes Co, we take great pride in our treats. Because our products are perishable food items, our policy is designed to protect our
small business while ensuring you get the best experience possible.
Taste & Preferences
We bake every order to a high standard, but we can’t account for individual "taste buds."
We do not offer refunds if you simply do not like the taste of the product.
By placing an order, you accept the flavor profiles as described.
Cancellations & Order Errors
Cancellation Window
If you need to cancel, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations are granted at our discretion.Dispatched Orders
We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been sent out.Ordering Errors
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if items were ordered incorrectly (e.g., wrong flavour or quantity) once the parcel has been dispatched.
Returns
Because we sell food products, they cannot be resold once they leave our kitchen. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns.
Delivery Issues & Royal Mail:
Once your order is dispatched, it is out of our hands and in the care of the courier.
Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our courier, Royal Mail,
to lodge a complaint. We will help you through this process provided you have the required evidence (see below).
Unsuccessful Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery
(e.g., incorrect address or no one available to receive it) we will refund the cost of the items purchased.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, as this service was fulfilled by the courier.
The refund will be processed only once the parcel has physically returned to us.
To receive your order again, a new purchase (including delivery charges) must be made.
How to Report Damage
Refund requests for damage are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To allow us to raise a case with Royal Mail, you must email hello@loadedbakesco.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
Without the following four photos, we are unable to process a refund for damaged goods:
Outer Packaging: Clear photo of the box.
Inner Packaging: How the items were packed inside.
Product Damage: Clear photo of the damage to the bakes.
Shipping Label: Clear photo of the label on the box.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. These can take 1–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
